Delivery Policies

  • We email the unlock code(s) according the current processing times after payment is received except weekend, holiday or vacation.
  • Customers must provide necessary phone information for processing without delay (eg. Delivery Email address, Phone IMEI, Phone PIN).
  • Unlocking instructions can be found by clicking on the unlocking instructions link on the homepage.

Return Policies

Due to the nature of these products, they CAN NOT be returned. We do offer a FULL REFUND if the unlock code is not found. NO EXCEPTION. In the case where the unlock code does not work upon entry, customer must provide video proof of the phone, showing entry of unlock code leads to error/code non-acceptance message screen.
